Default entrypoint is /opt/kea/sbin/kea-dhcp4 and expected /etc/kea/kea-dhcp4.conf to be bind mounted in.

Additional init scripts can be added by bind mounting in /opt/init/, and all executable scripts found in that path will be executed.
