You must use atleast 1 of admin or ldap, otherwise you won't have any admin. You can use both, but we do not recommend using a local admin user since the passwords are stored in plain-text in the config file.
The plugin ep_hash_auth enables to store hashes of the password instead, but we couldn't make it work on this container. If you succeed in adding it, please make a pull-request.
