⁠Metadata Editor

The Metadata Editor is created to help guide users through the process of creating FAIR metadata.

⁠Running the editor

Use tag 2.1 for the latest stable version of the Metadata Editor. Deploying the editor requires the following two steps:

First, create a settings file that points to the FAIR DataPoint this editor instance will interact with: echo '{"endpoint": "http://my.host.com/fairdatapoint-endpoint"}' > /my/local/path/conf/settings.json

Then, run the docker image with the following flags: docker run --name editor -p 127.0.0.1:80:80 -v /my/local/path/conf:/usr/share/nginx/html/conf -d dtlfair/metadata-editor:2.1
