⁠Sumo development environment for Ubuntu 22.04

Ask a temporary license at [email protected]⁠. Run the container with:

docker run -it -v <shared folder path on host>:/home/dshare --rm --hostname sumodev dynamita/sumodev:<tag>

Copy the license, sumo.dynlic, and your Sumo project file to the /home/sumo-runtime directory. Edit the sim.py script to handle variables from your Sumo project, then run it:

python3 sim.py <Sumo project name without extension>
