Run docker image: docker run -it --rm -p 18888:8888 -w /usr/src/pybacktrack earthbyte/pybacktrack_bgh_course

Starts in directory '/usr/src/pybacktrack/' and contains BGH course notebook in 'bgh_course' sub-directory.

You can start a notebook server by running './notebook.sh' and then opening http://localhost:18888/tree⁠ in a web browser and navigating to the 'bgh_course/' directory and clicking on 'backstrip.ipynb'.
