ebolaware/sigma repository overview

Entrypoint is very simple. I intend to expand it, but it basically just dumps out a help text. For now, I suggest just running it in interactive mode.

e.g. docker run --rm -it ebolaware/sigma bash

then once in the container, "cd /opt/sigma/'

I recommend referring to the original github for usage of the tools for now.
