⁠PIA docker network plugin

This is a plugin that creates allows you to create a docker network where all traffic is forwarded to PIA.

⁠Installation

Run the following command to install the plugin:

#sudo mkdir -p <run path> <config_path>
docker plugin install eckyecky/pia-docker-network-plugin:latest
#docker plugin set eckyecky/pia-docker-network-plugin:latest lib_dir=<lib path>
#docker plugin set eckyecky/pia-docker-network-plugin:latest config_dir=<config path>
#docker plugin set eckyecky/pia-docker-network-plugin:latest LOG_LEVEL=<level>
docker plugin enable eckyecky/pia-docker-network-plugin:latest
docker network create pia --driver pia-docker-network-plugin:latest #-o config_name=<config_file>

⁠Configuration

You can configure the plugin with the following options:

• lib_dir defaults to /var/lib/pia-docker-network-plugin
• config_dir defaults to /etc/pia-docker-network-plugin
• LOG_LEVEL defaults to error

You can configure your network with the following options by creating a yaml file in the config_dir. The network create command can specify the file to look at by using -o config_name=<config_file> without the extension. (The plugin will look for both yml and yaml files.) The default config file is default.yaml.

• username required
• password required
• region required id of the pia server region to connect to. This file⁠ contains the available servers.

⁠Usage

Once you have it installed and configured you can connect to the network with the following command:

docker run --net pia <image> <command>
