unraid: Trying to create a working docker and template for unRAID, as the permissions on unRAID stop this running nativly.

Based on my own Alpine:Latest Linux Base with Mono, mc, nano etc to help with bug fixing. these additions will be removed once I can get the image and template working correctly.
