eddi16/pihole_exporter repository overview

Container used to export pihole metrics to prometheus.

Instructions:

• Replace with the hostname/ip of the host/container running pihole.
• Adjust the volume to the location where pihole data is stored. In the below example, pihole is running in a container so the mounted volume is the same volume mounted for the pihole conainer.
• Adjust the listening port 9617 as necessary. Configure prometheus to poll this port to retreive metrics.

Example docker-compose.yml:

    container_name: pihole_exporter
    image: eddi16/pihole_exporter
    entrypoint: ["pihole_exporter","--pihole","<pihole host>:9080","--interface","0.0.0.0","--port","9617"]
