edeliver/release-base repository overview

When building erlang / elixir releases with edeliver ⁠ and the release store is a docker repository, this image is used as default image to embed the built release into. It can be overridden in the edeliver config .deliver/config by setting the DOCKER_RELEASE_BASE_IMAGE to a custom image. The image built with edeliver will then be tagged and pushed as the image specified in RELEASE_STORE="docker://repo/image" .

Latest version is based on ubuntu:focal-20220113⁠ and contains libssl1.1 required by erlang with locale en_US.UTF-8.
