edence/omrs_conprev repository overview

This is a Docker utility for the OpenMRS Concept Prevalence Study (based on the mysql2csv⁠ repo), which executes a query of an OpenMRS MySQL / MariaDB database and saves the result into a CSV file. It is published publicly to Docker Hub at edence/omrs_conprev⁠.
