To build the Image:

docker pull edwardagboraw/paracell:latest

To run the Container:

sudo docker run --rm -v "/path/to/data:/data" -p 5005:5005 cellxgene launch --host 0.0.0.0 /data/annDataFile.h5ad

To access the Cell Atlas:

Navigate to following URL - localhost:5005
