The following values are supported via environment variables

| TTL | Number | Cache time in hours |
| DB | String | DB hostname (no port needed) |
| BUCKET | String | Couchbase bucket |
| NPMREG | String | NPM Registry (default http://registry.npmjs.org) |
| NPMPUBLISH | String | Server for publishing, defaults to NPMREG |
