Not being able to use a fixed commit/release of goaws for build reproducibility. Despite checking out a fixed commit manually, dependencies of the package breaking suddenly requiring new Go versions to work. So I'm pushing here a fixed version of the container image that we can use without all the CI infrastructure starting to break from one day to the next.
