WhatsApp-Courses is a Dockerized Python application that simplifies course document organization and Google Drive uploads.

⁠How It Works

1. Place documents in the incoming directory.
2. Launch the Docker container.
3. Configure Google Drive and course modules.
4. Upload documents through the interactive menu.
5. Find successfully uploaded documents in uploaded.

⁠Quick Start

Pull the image:

docker pull elouzi09/whatsapp-courses:latest

Run the container:

docker run --rm -it \
  --name whatsapp-courses \
  --user "$(id -u):$(id -g)" \
  --publish 127.0.0.1:8765:8765 \
  --mount "type=bind,source=$HOME/.config/whatsapp-courses,target=/config" \
  --mount "type=bind,source=$HOME/.local/share/whatsapp-courses,target=/data" \
  elouzi09/whatsapp-courses:latest

Before the first launch, place your Google OAuth Desktop client credentials at:

~/.config/whatsapp-courses/credentials.json

Create the persistent directories if necessary:

mkdir -p "$HOME/.config/whatsapp-courses"
mkdir -p "$HOME/.local/share/whatsapp-courses/incoming"
mkdir -p "$HOME/.local/share/whatsapp-courses/uploaded"

⁠Important

WhatsApp message ingestion, automated scheduling, and WhatsApp Business Cloud API integration are planned features and are not currently implemented.
