Wanted to contribute, but as I use the wonderful M1 apple the buildx command for build-and-push-multiarch Makefile stage fails blatantly. So I did this myself.

Beware that symfony requires some configurations when using load-balancers or reverse proxies (TRUSTED_PROXIES=REMOTE_ADDR)
