Handles MQTT traffic to and from a Selfmon LCE-01 network card, installed in a Honeywell alarm panel

Application with permission from SelfMon Ltd. Tested on a G2 and a G3 panel.

The following command parameters are required:
The following command parameters are optional and have the following defaults:
Display lines are published on MQTT_TOPIC/display/line1 and MQTT_TOPIC/display/line2. So default: selfmon/vmod.xxxxxx/vkp/display/line1 and selfmon/vmod.xxxxxx/vkp/display/line2.
Keypresses are listend on MQTT_TOPIC/key. So default selfmon/vmod.xxxxxx/vkp/key.
The following keypresses are available: 0-9, A, B, E (ent), X (esc)
