Every tag is pushed to docker.io, quay.io and ghcr.io (epicmorg/vscode-server:<tag> on each) - same digest everywhere.
Configuration is the linuxserver one: the UI is on
port 8443, settings and extensions live in /config, the usual PUID / PGID / TZ variables apply and
PASSWORD (or HASHED_PASSWORD) protects the UI.
