This Docker image contains a good selection of python AI development tools including PyTorch, and starts up Jupyter notebooks immediately upon startup. This was set up to do python AI PyTorch models on my MacBook without installing everything directly on my Mac. It should be starting including a volume to contain the Jupyter notebooks and data. I start it using the following command:

docker run -p 8888:8888 -v "/Users/eric/Documents/Jupyter Notebooks":/app/notebooks -d --name eg-pytorch-notebook ericgottlieb/eg-pytorch-notebook:3.12-r5
