⁠RTEMS toolchain to cross-compile for ARM

This image contains the toolchain for x86_64 to enable cross-compilation for ARM. It does not contain any BSPs. The intention is to serve as a base setup for BSP-specific images.

The toolchain is built from the RTEMS repo and is installed in the path specified by the environment var RTEMS_PREFIX, included in PATH.

⁠Environment

• RTEMS_VERSION: major version of the RTEMS build (default: image tag)
• RTEMS_ARCH: target architecture for the toolchain (default: arm)
• RTEMS_PREFIX: path of toolchain installation (default: /opt/rtems/$RTEMS_VERSION)
• RTEMS_TARGET: name of the actual RTEMS target (default: $RTEMS_ARCH-rtems$RTEMS_VERSION)
