esperdyne/elasticsearch repository overview

This is based on the official elastic search repo. The only difference is we have added the following to the default config to allow Searchkit to work properly:

http.cors.enabled : true http.cors.allow-origin : "*" http.cors.allow-methods : OPTIONS, HEAD, GET, POST, PUT, DELETE http.cors.allow-headers : X-Requested-With,X-Auth-Token,Content-Type, Content-Length
