⁠decona

Docker container for decona (Oosterbroek et al., preprint; https://github.com/Saskia-Oosterbroek/decona⁠) .

⁠decona_pro

Docker container that contains modified version of decona.sh (Oosterbroek et al., preprint; https://github.com/Saskia-Oosterbroek/decona⁠) that calls decona_pro.R upon completion. The modification automatically summarizes the BLAST output of decona and creates a quick visualization of the read percentage per unique genus species combination upon completion of the decona pipeline.

⁠sample command:

decona -f -l 170 -m 300 -q 10 -c 0.95 -n 5 -M -k 10 -T 8 -B database.fasta

The same command will work for both decona and decona_pro. Summary outputs will be automatically generated in decona_pro upon completion of the decona pipeline.
