⁠decona-gui

A shiny app for running the decona pipeline through a GUI

⁠Installation

Pull the github repository

git clone https://github.com/ehill-iolani/decona-gui.git

Build the docker image

docker build -t decona-gui:latest .

You can also pull the docker image from dockerhub

docker pull ethill/decona-gui:latest

Run the docker image as a container

docker run --name=decona-gui --rm -d -p 8080:3838 decona-gui:latest

Once the docker container is built, navigate to http://localhost:8080/⁠ in your browser to access the app.
