This container with the configuration directives defined in the GitHub repo: https://github.com/ezaton/dnsmasq-documentation⁠ would allow you to quickly create a working container running your environment's DHCP+DNS requirements, in a quick and easy way. Use the examples provided in the repo which would work out-of-the-box with only slight adjustments. The container will update once a while based on updates in AlpineLinux, to keep the software updated and ready.
