etzion/openvpn repository overview

A slightly modified version of alekslitvinenk/openvpn docker which includes three modifications:

• A newer Alpine Linux - using alpine:latest
• A newer OpenVPN server (latest for Alpine LInux)
• Unlike Aleks' containers which are being built nightly, I intend on building the container only on changes.
