Be for you use this, be sure to setup a MYSQL server first and change the root password to "test". Create a database called "crmdb". Create a table called "customer" and input data into: id, name, title, and department. Get the IP address of the server and input it into the env variable MYSQL_DB_HOST. See below:

docker run -d -p 8080:8080 -e "MYSQL_DB_HOST=IPAddress" --name customer-api-soap-mysql exusiasoftware/customer-api-soap-mysql:latest
