Tiny Hello World web server

Forked from crccheck/hello-world as it was missing arm support
Support arm64 / amd64 architectures
$ docker run -d --rm --name web-test -p 80:8000 fabienfleureau/http-hello-world
You can now interact with this as if it were a dumb web server:
$ curl http://localhost:8001 [11:35:25]
