facilmap/openstreetmap-tile-server repository overview

This is a fork of overv/openstreetmap-tile-server⁠ with its software versions updated and its PostGIS/osm2pgsql database removed. The intention is to run the tile server and the PostGIS database as separate services, as this allows more flexibility, for example for running multiple tile servers that share the same database.
