This image contains the RISC-V GNU Compiler Toolchain (Newlib)⁠ and QEMU 4.1.0. Installed with instructions from https://pdos.csail.mit.edu/6.828/2019/tools.html⁠. Still trying to figure out how to make this work, so that I can use it for a Gitlab runner. It's really big at 2GB.
