A lightweight Dockerized application written in Go that fetches all comments ever made for a specified Reddit user.

⁠Usage

⁠Pull the Image

docker pull faiqsohail/reddit-user-comments:latest

⁠Running the Container

To fetch all comments for a specific Reddit user, run the container with the username argument:

docker run --rm faiqsohail/reddit-user-comments --username <reddit-username>

⁠Saving output

Simply redirect standard output to file of your choice.

docker run --rm faiqsohail/reddit-user-comments --username Hello > comments.txt

Note: To avoid being rate-limited, the application includes a one-second delay between API requests, as required by Reddit's API policies.
