faye/nginx repository overview

Inspired by markab/nginx, but without the overhead of rvm. It would be ideal if there was a complete distribution of ruby-1.9.3 for Ubuntu 12.04 LTS but this meets the requirements sufficiently to install passenger. You can mount a volume on /opt/nginx/html for a quick/simple web server container.
