⁠Host and target Ubuntu 22.04 LTS image

This docker image is built from ubuntu:22.04 and includes build tools including GCC as well as the Arm toolchain and QEMU. It is intended as a base image for the start host and target GitHub starter projects.

The build contains:

• cmake 3.28.1
• gcc 13.1.0
• Arm toolchain 13.2.Rel1 (cortex-m4 only)

The Arm Toolchain is stored in a local archive to avoid downloading the latest version and to keep control of the version used. The toolchain archive is a cut down version of the full Arm Toolchain 11.2 with only Cortex-M4 support in the thumb libraries (supplied in the v7e-m folders).

QEMU is also stored in a local archive.

The image has a default user feabhas. Both root and feabhas passwords are set to ubuntu.

Copies of the GitHub repos for cmake-host and cmake-target are copied into the feabhas home directory and a workspace folder is created ready for the the GitHub projects docker-target and docker-host.
