Short Description
Docker images for auto-sklearn
Full Description

For details on auto-sklearn, please head over to https://automl.github.io/auto-sklearn/stable/. Matthias Feurer, one of the auto-sklearn authors, maintains the "official" Docker image over here.

To start a Jupyter Notebook, run e.g.:

$ docker run -it -v $PWD:/opt/nb -p 8888:8888 felixleung/auto-sklearn \
/bin/bash -c "mkdir -p /opt/nb && jupyter notebook --notebook-dir=/opt/nb --ip='0.0.0.0' --port=8888 --no-browser --allow-root"

Then simply follow the prompt.

With the latest tag, or without any tag, the latest version of auto-sklearn from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/auto-sklearn is used. To install the version from github, use the github tag (i.e. felixleung/auto-sklearn:github); to install the development version, use the devel tag (i.e. felixleung/auto-sklearn:devel).
