⁠Transmission Docker Build with Long Filename Fix

This Docker image provides a custom-built version of Transmission with a fix for the long filename issue, based on the solution by @chrdev⁠ in transmission/transmission#122⁠.

⁠Why This Image?

Transmission has a long-standing issue where extremely long filenames can cause errors when downloading torrents. This image applies a fix to resolve that problem, ensuring a smoother experience when handling torrents with lengthy filenames.
