filesysorg/jfileserver-db-postgres repository overview

JFileServer java file server provides support for SMB/CIFS, FTP/FTPS and NFS file server protocols with support for virtual filesystems and database filesystems.

This image uses the database filesystem driver with a PostGreSQL database to store the filesystem metadata and file data. The shared filesystem can be accessed remotely using an SMB/CIFS client, by mapping a network drive from the client.

The default share name is 'dbshare' with a default user of 'jfilesrv' using password 'java'.

The file server should be launched using a docker-compose file, eg.
