firethorn/ssh-client repository overview

Basic Fedora image with the SSH client package installed, used to create SSH tunnels.

Example use :

docker run \
    --detach \
    --interactive \
    --expose "${thisport}" \
    --env    "SSH_AUTH_SOCK=/tmp/ssh_auth_sock" \
    --volume "${SSH_AUTH_SOCK}:/tmp/ssh_auth_sock" \
    --volume "${hostkey:?}:/etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts" \
    firethorn/ssh-client \
    ssh -v -C -L "*:${thisport}:${thathost}:${thatport}" "${username:?}@${hostname:?}"
