⁠Latest Jenkins version: (LTS)

Jenkins CI with rsync local binary available

Tag corresponds to Jenkins version and Docker tag.

Dockerfile currently uses LTS tag - can switch back to specific version if need be. There is also a tag for weekly release but unless there is some specific feature needed, LTS should be fine.
