Flow Steward is a self-hosted AI workflow automation platform. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) connects compatible AI assistants and agents to the platform.

⁠About this image

flowsteward/flow-steward-mcp provides the MCP server for the Scalable deployment profile. It exposes the supported Flow Steward tools so clients can discover and trigger workflows, track jobs and participate in approval flows according to their permissions.

⁠Installation

Deploy this image with the matching Flow Steward application and supporting services using the official installer and Compose configuration. Configure the public URL and client authentication as described in the documentation. Follow the Scalable installation guide below.

For a combined runtime that includes MCP, see flow-steward-compact⁠. Check the Tags tab for published versions and platforms, and keep service versions compatible.
