Flow Steward is a self-hosted AI workflow automation platform with a visual builder, extensions, human approvals and execution history.

⁠About this image

flowsteward/flow-steward-worker executes queued workflow jobs and extension steps in the Scalable deployment profile. Workers run separately from the web application so execution capacity can be scaled independently.

⁠Installation

Deploy this image with the matching application, control-plane and MCP services using the official installer and Compose configuration. Workers need the configured database, message broker, extension packages and runtime storage. Follow the Scalable installation guide below.

For a combined runtime that includes the worker role, see flow-steward-compact⁠. Check the Tags tab for available versions and platforms, and keep service versions compatible.
