flyem/dvid-fib25db repository overview

This is a volume container for a DVID database that contains part of seven medulla columns in the adult Drosophila brain stored at /var/dvid/db.

To create the volume container named fib25db:

% docker run --name fib25db -d flyem/dvid-fib25db

The fib25db can then be used with the dvid container:

% docker run --volumes-from fib25db -p 8000::8000 -it dvid
