freakern/sml2mqtt repository overview

The sml2mqtt application helps to read the information of a SML capable Smartmeter and publishing it to mqtt. I personally use it for a ISKRA MT631 but should work with most other SML Smartmeter

Just create a config File like described here⁠ and run the container like this:
docker run -d -v [PATH/TO/MY]/sml2mqtt.config:/sml2mqtt.conf --device=/dev/ttyUSB0 freakern/sml2mqtt

To run the Analyzing you can call the sml2mqtt like this:
docker run --rm -v [PATH/TO/MY]/sml2mqtt.config:/sml2mqtt.conf --device=/dev/ttyUSB0 freakern/sml2mqtt -a

For the Analyzing step you just need a relatively clean config file like this:\

- url: /dev/ttyUSB0
  timeout: 3
```
