An updated scientific python environment used as a starting point for public containers. This is not meant to be used on its own, but rather pulled as a starting point to build containers with python based neuroimaging analysis software. The initial setup with numpy, spicy, matplotlib, pandas, scikit-learn, scikit-image, pyqt, etc. takes forever, even using mamba forge, so starting with all that installed makes building containers with software (i.e. rapidtide, capcalc, and picachooser) much faster.
