docker run -tid --name android -v $(pwd):/home/fredric fredricpool/android:v2.0.2 bash
After entering the docker container with the below command
docker exec -ti android bash
cd /home/fredric
Run the jar file as belows,
bazel run //java/com/google/devrel/gmscore/tools/apk/arsc:ArscDumper -- --apk=/home/fredric/ithome.apk > output.csv
