Dockers Docker image with AWS support

The image is based on the python 2.7 alpine image but uses the same installation commands as Dockers docker image (v. 1.12.1).

The main differences between this and the original docker image are:

• Python 2.7 (with pip)
• Amazon CLI
• Amazon EB CLI
• Git
• Bash
• Curl
• OpenSSH (client)

NOTE: The entrypoint is the same as Dockers original image
