[Dockerfile] (https://github.com/GitDruid/pusher-consumer-dockerfiles/blob/master/consumer/Dockerfile)
Creating and starting the service container:
docker run -d --name consumer1 --link mongo1:mongo galassia/consumer:2.0
If you are going to use the pusher.py from your environment, without using pusher container, you will need the IP address of the consumer. Get it using:
docker inspect –-format ‘{{ .NetworkSettings.IPAddress }}’ consumer1
Having the IP address, you can check if it works by executing:
wget -qO- http://<ipaddress>:8080/consumer/version
