• Push changes to this repository
• Update the local_tools_commit_id in the galaxy-pro-playbook
• Re-run the playbook

By default the tool will be run in the default container e.g. galaxyworks/galaxy. You may specify a custom container and compute resources in the destinations section of the playbook.
