⁠Docker PHP image

This image is based on the official PHP image⁠ and adds the following:

• Vaultenv⁠
• Wait For⁠
• Image processing libraries
• PHP extensions for GD, MySQL, OpCache and ZIP
• Node.js (version 8)
• Composer
• Apache mod rewrite
• Sensible default php.ini for development and production

⁠Deployment

This image will be automatically built and deployed to DockerHub⁠ when a Semver⁠ tag is pushed to the repo.
