genomicslab/kgev-backend repository overview

This container runs the backend of the KGEV web application as a Flask app. The following environment variables are required (they can be passed in using the --env or --env-file flag):
NEO4J_URL: the URL to access the Neo4j database
NEO4J_USERNAME: the username used to access the Neo4j database
NEO4J_PASSWORD: the password used to access the Neo4j database

Example
Put the following lines in a file calledbackend.env (NEO4J_URL needs to be a real IP address):

NEO4J_URL=bolt://123.456.7.890:7687
NEO4J_USERNAME=neo4j
NEO4J_PASSWORD=test

Then you can do:
docker run --detach --env-file backend.env --name kgev-backend -p5000:80 genomicslab/kgev-backend
