genomicslab/penncnv repository overview

⁠Introduction

This Docker image is built on CentOS 7 with GCC 4. It contains all executable files for the PennCNV software for CNV analysis on SNP arrays, together with 3 tutorial folders and the PennCNV-Affy package.

Use docker run -it -v /home/data:/mounted genomicslab/penncnv to run the image interactively, and then perform data analysis in the /mounted directory. All the data sets and executables are stored in the /home/user directory to facilitatate Singularity users to use the Docker image.

Alternatively, you can invoke PennCNV directly by docker run genomicslab/penncnv /home/user/PennCNV/detect_cnv.pl.
