greeting endpoint "/{your_name}" returns "Hello, your_name !"

health endpoint: GET "/health" returns OK with response "Up" or "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR" with response "Down"

change health state for demo purposes (e.g. liveness probe on K8s): POST "/health/{healthy}" healthy -> boolean

readiness endpooint: GET "/readiness" for now, it alwaus returns "Ready"
